[1495][1495]4.10 CoH Save loadout button bug - Fix in a future build.

When clicking the save ship loadout button it opens the textbox to write the name but it doesn't focus the text box to start writing. It is an inconsistent behaviour with other text inputs in the game.

I dont understand what you are describing here. I save loadouts all the time with no issue. And i dont really care about the behavior of a textbox if its A displays actual text and B displays it correctly. Dont know what you mean really. :gruebel:

When the textbox opens up, click inside it and you should see a vertical cursor line in the middle of the box. Then start typing and the text should appear in the box. If you can't get that to work, let us know.

I think the OP knows how they can go on to enter text but they are just reporting a different behaviour in this text input case compared with some others in the game which automatically start with the cursor already inside the text box ready for you. It might be relatively easy to bring it in line (or not :D ).

However, it is consistent with other similar textboxes, such as when saving a module loadout or saving a build plan. There may be a reason it was designed this way. Or not.

Sorry for the delay.
Alan is right what I mean is that the behaviour is not consistent with rename ship.
Also imagine openeing a new tab in the browser and having to click on the address bar to start typing. When we have to click a button to write something is expected that the cursor is already in the textbox ready to write.
