But for me it always gives 4 additional properties, like Slingshot does, just with the emphasies on boosting thrust.
Also the description of "Up to .." would imply that you could potentially get less than the amount of additional properties, but you can reroll these until you go blue in the face and they will always give the described amount of additional properties, only the values of them randomly vary.
Not saying I want this to change to work as the description implies .. But rather shouldnt it read "Plus .." instead of "Up to .." ?
