Something is definelty wrong with the Xenon K loudouts since 4.10

Not modified, vanilla. Savegame started sometime ago with 4.0 CoH start, most of the time played in 4.10

This is a scene of a station in Family Kritt (ZYA) which gets attacked for at least 7 real life hours (no seta) by 6K which barely any progress. Station doesn't get any help and they reduced the stations HP for 1-2% in that time. I went watching and they made another 1-2%. The issue is 4 of the K barely move, only 1-2 seem to have weapons and shoot them sometimes.

In the past days I had this issue at least two times visible on the map and confirmed this exact same issue In Sector. Everytime in ZYA space. I have no reports of other Xenon sectors because i didn't really watch them. However aside from a rare scout i haven't seen any Xenon activity outside of their room either, no Xenon I. Usually they are a pain. But if the other K in other regions also have the same abyssimal combat abilities, i understand why nothing happens.

But when I saw this issue, this is always a group of K. I don't know why they have no/only a couple of weapons but the issues definetely happened OOS, i only wanted to verify the issue IS. In this specific example they does seem to have some weapons but only use them when i approach to scan them. In the other cases i encountered the last days they only had 1-2 M front turrets left.

EDIT: In that thread, the devs now promise future improvements.
