[4.10 BUG] Scan Specified Ship: Unknown Ship

HOP Vs. Paranid mission chain. One of the missions is to fly to the specified ship and then scan it. As the mission target it selected a PAR Laser Tower Mk1. Upon flying to the marked location there is no such "ship" to be found and instead the marker is for an "Unknown Ship" that does not exist. As a rough guess the Laser Tower Mk1 probably despawned and the mission might be lacking logic to handle such a case sensibly.
