4.10 CustomGame, StoryState, Paranid

If you set the Paranid story state to Unification complete, the old two factions are still in the game. They start to rebuild in emty sectors, which is weird and a problem with space in general.

There seem to be a few other issues with similar scenarios such as here and here.
A dog has a master; a cat has domestic staff.

It seems to produce several issuse. I dont know how difficult it is but the best would be to delete the old two factions with the unification success.
