[Bug] Terraforming Progress stopping bug

I was trying to complete some terraforming tasks and came across this.

I think I may have an "Idea" of what happened
I had decided to redesign my station completely mid way through the process

I had all required resources but no drones to send them

Only found this out as the process neared completion
