Word Bug?Error?

Im using Chinese ingame but sometime when i open Map or changing sector the word will become blur,is this a bug?

All those links require you to sign into an account rather than being on public sharing.

Not only that but you're presented with a request access dialog. Personally I prefer sites like Imgur where I can share pictures for the whole world to see.
