[4.10] Story state not loaded to budgeted game start - solved

After downloading 4.10 I loaded my 4.00 save, save it as 4.10 and then went to budgeted gamestart.

None of my story lines states (I finished all plots) except HQ have been unlocked.

Another small issue is that there is avery few discovery points - I explored whole galaxy in my save, yet in budgeted gamestart I have like 20k point which allow do unlock only a few sectors 9Argon Prime seems to cost ~1.5k).

Unless you upload your savegame somewhere and provide a link to it, it will be pure guesswork on our part as to whether the behaviour you're seeing is to be expected or not.

Ahh, sorry, it looks like I'm dumb and can't read.

I had to select the proper HQ plot state first, to make other plot settings selectable


Two more minor things:
- is it intended that some sectors have absurt discovery points cost? I discovered entire galaxy and have only 29k points, while Earth is 201k:

- Third Terran female model has waaaay over the top hairs - they are as big as her face that she looks like British Royal Guard hat, than hair:

Yes, those are plot related sectors that you should not be able to start in, in the case of the case of The Boneyard you may even not be able to get out since the TOA only opens via Plot.
