Chaotic bug

Hello, I have a big problem in my game, version 4.00 (434806) English, while trying to complete a main plot, at the mission named "Data Transfer", I go in some kind of spiral when trying to dock at Dr Feynman's Oberth. Be advised that I was pretty sure that I had done this step before and completed this quest, so maybe it didn't fully complete or something...

Game is absolute vanilla.

Just an update, using a nearby S class ship I was able to dock at the Oberth, and after exhausting all the Dr Feynman dialogue choices this objective was completed.

However, I'm stuck again, as now I have an objective called "Take control of ship" which takes me nowhere, nobody talked about any ship, what ship ?
If it's about the Geometric Owl, it disappeared at some point after I teleported away from it and the log say that it got destroyed by a Xenon M... isn't it supposed to be indestructible ?

What a mess...
