For some reason, When I click on any of my ship(s), the selection is automatically deselects a split second later.. As Such, I cannot right-click fast enough to invoke any pop-up command menus on the object. This never happened before. Any suggestions? Also, Sometimes It seems that my ship objects flicker whenever they get near any stations. Wasn't there a bug fix for that?

Without any of the information requested at the top of the forum (your game version, whether it's modified, your system specifications, and so on) it's going to be really hard to offer you any sensible, relevant suggestions. The only thing your description suggests, given that you didn't have the problem before, is that you have a problem with one of your input devices or your control mappings.
