TER Intervention Fleet still fly into Yaki space even if I cancealed their base location

If you lie to the Delilah and help Yaki to hide their base, she said the intervention fleet will be recalled and form a anti-pirate group instead
But actually in game, the fleet still exist and try flying into Yaki territory
If you cleared the Xenon for Yaki, the fleet just pick the hanging fruit and wipe out Yaki base without any resistance
