Bug? Terran wharves require non terran stuff to build

Hey I am getting following problem that I cannot build thrusters for terran ships at their wharves except that it is asking for non terran parts to construct.

Suddenly the terran wharf needs engine parts, smart chips and all that.

I checked on Universal preferred build method and made sure its for terran building. It was not before though I changed it once without thinking about it.

What can I do else? I dont understand why at the Terran wharf its asking me to build with the universal method.

The stuff which needs non Terran items are the thrusters rest of the ships is normal Terran stuff.

Also what now needs extra non Terran materials are Laser towers, Mines, Satellites and Beacons. I got no mod which changes these things either.
