Не могу использовать онлайн возможности. (Online play not enabled.)

Добрый день ! Купил в STEAM игру по предзаказу и зарегистрировал ее в 2018 году. Не стал играть из-за множества недоработок и технических проблем. Сейчас решил попробовать, но столкнулся с проблемой , старый аккаунт на этом форуме удалили наверное за бездействие, а на новый я не могу зарегистрировать игру так как она уже зарегистрирована. Теперь я не могу пользоваться онлайн ресурсами из-за отсутствия венчурных модулей. Как мне снова зарегистрироваться?

Now I decided to try it, but I ran into a problem, the old account on this forum was probably deleted for inaction, and for the new one I cannot register the game since it is already registered. Now I cannot use online resources due to the lack of venture modules. How do I register again?

We don't deactivate accounts due to inactivity, but there can be other reasons for deactivation. If you PM me with the details of your account (sufficient to prove your ownership of it) and your registration (either your game registration code or your SteamID - not your Steam username) then I can try and sort it out for you.

That is nothing to do with this thread, but if you are playing the beta ... From the Public Beta Sticky thread: "Note: Ventures are disabled in this Beta version."

не знаете в планах хоть есть возможность реализовать онлайн-возможности при включенных неофициальных модах?
ведь можно поставить ограничение на отправку только официальных кораблей

There is no point continuing that line of discussion here in Technical Support as that is not a technical issue with the game. Egosoft has said that the reason that the old online venture play was discontinued is that they are working on a new and wider X4 online experience (called multiverse) that is not yet ready to be released. You can find out more about it here.

No, there are no plans to allow modified games to use this feature. This restriction has nothing to do with whether the ships are "official" or not.

Такая же проблема, просто напросто не соединяется ,не EGOSOFT, не через СТИМ. Куплена давно Лицензия,

How to enable online oportunities? I bought last update and start new compain (not any mods from steam workplace). In my station I cannt build ventures gates.

Knowing this feature was disabled would have saved me hours of trying out various fixes for a problem that could not be fixed.

It is flagged up in the 6.00 beta rules sticky thread (see below), but I agree that it is not easy to find in the 5.10 release pages. That may be addressed after the Easter break and so watch the forums please.

"Note: Ventures remain disabled in this version [6.00 betas]. However:
Basic online functionality is re-enabled, i.e. you can log in to, and out of, your Egosoft account from within the game.
You will be able access any paint mods that are in your online inventory, with the same limitations and conditions as before.
You will NOT be able to build new venture docks or send ships on ventures, and you will not see any menus related to this.
You will NOT receive any "visitor" ships from other players."
