[2.60][Modded] AutoIDMap crash

I get the CTD(no error shown) shortly after loading my save file. The latest error in the debug log:

FATAL ERROR (version 2.60 - Code revision: 372944): A fatal error has occurred and X cannot recover:
[IDBase::AssignNewID] Failed to assign an ID to the object.

Strangely enough this problem(AutoIDMap crash) does not exist on 3.0 beta1. However, similar problem was reported in the past and fixed in 2.60:

As I am using mods I am on my own but I have no idea how to further troubleshoot it. I think this error is the predecessor of crash but I do not know what might be causing it:

Log looks like you either disabled a bunch of mods or they're failing to load for some unknown reason. For example, there's no sign of most of the Faction Enhancer files, but the savegame was definitely saved with it enabled. One of the orders I added is missing which is causing some of the errors. You should double check that the extensions are still enabled and check that the folder where the extension resides still has the correct files in it.
