Is it correct, that your graphics card (1050) only has 2gb dedicated memory?
Dxdiag says: Dedicated Memory: 1977 MB

If this is the case, then you are not meeting minimum spec for the game. Graphical glitches are the result.

As Lino says, a 2GB VRAM graphics card does not meet the minimum specs, sorry.

Your graphics driver may possibly have an update available but your sound driver is 5 years old and hence is probably not optimised for current Win10 versions.

Your GPU is below minimum requirements. X4 requires a GPU with at least 4 GB of dedicated graphic memory. Yes you can run it with 2GB graphic cards but you will run into graphic bugs like those you are reporting here. The GPU does not even need to be that modern, I run X4 with a GTX 760 and it works perfectly, it just must be 4GB or better.
