[1.32] Dropping laser turrets deploy up to 30km away

Deploying Mk 1 or 2 laser turrets do not deploy where your ship is (NPC or Player ship) they will always go to the closest 'pre-registered' spot. You can drop them anywhere near the spot but they will always just pile up at the same area.
