i want to turn off vibration gamepad joystick cant find in control settings

I've not tried it but:

Settings > Game Settings > Rumble Intensity

Then set the value to zero.
Open Rights Group - Is your site being blocked
Electronic Frontier Foundation - Online Censorship
The Linux Foundation - Let’s Encrypt
Check if your Email account has been pwned
