Teleported out between systems and outside of the game map

I just got teleported 2 times from Hatikvah's ChoiceIII too Hatikva's ChoiceI at 2 random places. No anomalies. Third time I got teleported to a non existing system outside the map. Seeing the shadows it looks like I'm inside a planet which is invinsible.

I added a guidance to the known universe and the line starts outside the map:

We're aware of this issue and are looking into it. In the meantime, please try a workaround found by someone else with the same problem, which is to go into the game options and switch on the setting to maintain speed while menus are open.
