6.20 Avarice station with bugged m-dock queue

Custom gamestart (budget) made with 6.20.

And after some time m-traders keep pilling up next to a station in the avarice system. All with a queue order and no one is docking.
They leave the sector for the incoming tides only to pile up again.

They block the hole m-dock for that station and you cant dock anymore. We had a similar (still the same?) bug with older versions already.

Destroys the fun for me.
