Stimulant Production Module Snap Point in wrong position - Fix in a build after 4.10 release.

HI,
it seems there is a problem with the position of the Snap-Points on the Stimulant Production module
The module or at least its preview in the buildplanner are misalinged in the vertical axis

Issue confirmed, problem found and fixed.

It was just the visuals in the build menu, which were off, the in game module was at the right position.
