So the entire galactic economy is pretty static outside of ships blowing up, and a few choice events or player decisions/actions
But I was wondering if we could somehow add in some scaling for the AI economy?
I was thinking maybe along the lines of some sort of technological advancement, ie: MK4 thrusters get researched by argon scientists, therefore the engine/advanced electronics market might start to boom demanding more stations as the Argon fleet starts outfitting their ships with the new researched modules. Or these researches could be simple modifiers but increasing the % input of the demand
Late game it sort of just feels like you can "solve" demand without emerging markets, booms and busts, would love to see a bit more dynamism in the economy and its demands
The whole "technology" bit could also be its own unique trade system with supplying scientists and scientific equipment that could help a faction move forward or something, this could open up more of a "civilian" market too

That would be interesting!
Another thing we could do is have a more involved civilian economy, have consumer good type wares with their own production chains that can be consumed by workforce on stations and on some special station in the systems with large populations (to simulate planetary population consumption)
