Attacked or destroyed a ship in my warship's logs?

I was looking in the logs of ships I have patrolling & protecting and do not see where they attacked or destroyed a ship?
It would be kind of nice to know which ships they attacked or destroyed in the logs with a running total for each.
If this could be added to the logs, would it be possible to reflect any Piloting or Morale received from these actions?
Finally, while we're at it, would it be possible to add rubber stamp ship shapes to the sides of the ship like old war pilots counting their kills?
