He is critical to most storylines so is pretty much required. Hate him or love him he unfortunately is needed for story reasons.

I like Dal Busta, he's one of the few characters I feel like I can relate to... because he is totally bald on his head. Though in the X universe, and the future, who knows WHY he is bald... maybe it's a personal choice. I don't know if he shaves his head like I do, but I appreciate the representation of totally bald male humans, it gives me hope for the future.

I also like that he is totally morally grey...

If I do what Dal Busta wants, I will be a simple killer in the game, like in the real world the people who works for secret services. There must be an other way to accomplish missions.

Ignore the person and ignore the plots that would make you kill. Those plots seem to be of type "Whom to kill?" and not "To kill or not to kill?" No way around that.

I do have two plotlines at inactive missions that require talking to Dal. He even occasionally comms: "Where are you, partner?". I simply ignore those as I'm neither partner nor assistant.
