Bosa Ta won't shut up (after finishing terraforming)

After you finish the terraforming and you do a class of students to train in pilot training Bosa Ta keeps talking every few seconds about a training course being concluded, or a training course being schedules or he will begin preperations. Is there any way to stop this?

Probably by unpacking the relevant .cat and replacing his relevant speech sound files to empty sound files, but the amount of digging it would take to find is beyond my personal patience level.

Thanks for the answer but I probably don't have the patience either. I was hoping it was a X4 glitch but it is only my game doing it guess I'll start a new game and not do terraforming this time.

Would be nice that after the first 1 or 3 times those conversations became skippable, in that they will be interrupted should anything else show up that can use the space, or that they would not show and instead push a text notice if the area is busy.

Otherwise it does not really harm as it is just background noise.

You are right but the background noise is very annoying I keep my sound off.
