Questions regarding the Yaki affair

Hiho!

Could someone answer a few questions about the yaki and xenon? I'm a bit short on game time and afraid of long plot timers for consequences, so would prefer to avoid trial-error.
I'm just at the point where i have to drop beacons or destroy the amp.
1. Are the spawned xenon forces big enough to revive their faction if i go with that route? Will this mean constant battles in TER space? Don't think i have any xenon ships in my universe right now, would be nice to see them again occasionally.
2. Can i save the Yaki if i boost the xenon?
3. Do the Yaki behave like BUC in case i manage to save them, building tons of stations in their sector?
4. Will that FF hack work after the plot?
4a, Will it stay on during attack like when killing turrets on that intervention asgard which is on the way to the yaki at this point? Could be a nice boarding prep ship, wonder what happens with ownership if i finish the op with it.
4b, Will it only work in specific sectors?

Any help appreciated.

Point 3. I don't think the Yaki will themselves build stations nor occupy other sectors but you can get rare station missions to be paid to build stations for them.

Point 4. The IFF hack will work as designed until if and when you destroy the Amplifier - unless something has changed since I did the Yaki plot.

As far as I know, once you attack an asset, that asset and any subordinates/escorts become hostile on a ship to ship basis regardless of your faction standings. I don't know if you or the Yaki will lose TER rep as you destroy TER assets and surface elements while under Yaki cloaking.

I'm wondering if all this should be in the Spoilers forum.

Thanks, and sorry - thought i posted it in spoilers, had a couple tabs open.

The IFF works nice so far, can kill any ships i think without rep changes (blew up some RHA and TER ships without issues at least and boarded 2 asgards). Sometimes it just stops working though, don't know why. Eject/return reactivates it.

Savage spur has really became a nice pirate heaven. Hope it will stay like this after the plot and the IFF won't wear off when i join the xen fleets in sol. Had no time to check if it only works near the amp or in other sectors as well.
