Where do I buy Satellites

Where do I buy a Satellite. I have searches sectors for factories selling them but can't find anything.

Satellites can be purchased at a wharf for S/M sized ships, and a Shipyard for L/XL sized ships. Any size ship can also do so at the Equipment Docks. You have to "upgrade/repair" your ship at one of those locations, and you'll find satellites in the consumables section along with things like Flares, Missiles, and Drones.
