debug gamestarts

I have been reviewing the game files and am curious if there is a way to turn on the gamestarts marked with debug="true". I have added the -debug all option but that doesn't seem to help. Is there a parameter that can be added to put the game in debug mode?

Debug logging has nothing to do with the debug gamestarts.

The simple answer is no, you can't enable them in the standard game. They are there for testing purposes and are not designed for use as real gamestarts. The only way you can "activate" them is to edit the file and take off the debug flag, but that will, of course, mark your game as modified.
