[4.1] Paranid Plot - Bandannite Crystal?

Hi all,

Just want to know if there is any way to quickly acquire the needed Bandannite crystals without me personally farming each of them, especially after the crystal nerf in 4.1?

Not that I know of, but I didn't have much trouble finding them in about 30 minutes or so. Wasn't too bad, just found and asteroid field and started looking for the blinks. The Sedative is the real pain the ass, if you don't already have the right amount.

Frontier's edge and atiya's misfortune have been the easier systems for me to find crystals in, if you can get around the xenon. A lot of crystals spawn on the asteroids around the dead deca in atiya's misfortune, near the data vault.

If this is for the PAR quest, just go to the back nops fortune sector. Found what I needed in 20 min or so.

That new Saturn 2 sector is also pretty neat for farming crystals.
Dunno if about bandannite, though.

Argon Prime was productive.

I think they stripped away all the crystal distribution finesse in favour of a simple ratio of one higher tier crystal or drop for every 20 Bandannite you find. If you find a yellow and then get a programmable field array it will switch from yellow to purple.

Its very cheesy but it makes finding Bandannite very easy.

Sorry to revise a slightly old thread but this came up from google so thought I'd post an update v4.2.

I went to Nopileos Fortune II, and found 22 of these very quickly, I think it was under 5 minutes.
