Player Wharf: Total Materials Consumed In Lieu of "0" Credits

When buying a ship from a faction shipyard/wharf in the total cost (Cr) is displayed in the bottom right panel. For a player shipyard/wharf this is always "0". Would showing the materials consumed be more useful?
