Mission Offers

Could we please have a:

• hotkey for opening Mission Offers screen.
  
  Very often when flying through the sectors and looking for new missions I have to open map and then click on icon to open mission offers and close it multiple times per minute.
  It's more of a hassle when using HOTAS because have to use mouse.
  Hotkey would improve this situation - ideally if pressing same hotkey with opened Mission Offers screen would close it.

  An indicator marking new offers since player last opened Mission Offers tab would help seaching for a new missions at glance.
