[idea] Prison - new (but existing) generic station interior, with a purpose

Split DLC added the prison interior that is absolute waste - the interior is good, but is used only ONCE during Split plot and then discarted never to be used again:

How to use it:
- this interrior is added to all NPC stations with Administrative module (e.g. Defence station, Trading station, Shipyards).
- you can there "sell" all captured pilots of the factions hostile to given NPC faction. This would add small cash injection and reputation gain (the more skilled prisoner, the more reward).
- This would also allow new bounty hunter mission, where you have to capture target alive.
- Ship boarding would also provide hefty amount of prisoners (e.g. the more skilled marines, the more prisoners they can capture).

- the interior would also be added to player HQ, where he can store all prisoners.
- Prisoners at HQ, could be something similar to X3:FL Agents - you could intterogate them for some useful information (e.g. temporary reveal the location of faction big ship, like a carrier, or important station, like Shipayrd - useful when you detroyer the original location and need to find the rebuild one).
- You can also try to conver them to your side (e.g. if you find 4 or 5 star that would be useful).
- you could also use prisoners to "train" your marines
