is HAT HQ unkillable?

trying to delete it but cant

it just goes like pic related, timer goes to 0 then to 9 seconds in a loop

asgard and some other ships are attacking it OOS, I tried to destroy all modules in high attention and did with my asgard but modules keep poping back up

I want to make the sector neutral that maybe arg takes it
Fixed ships getting spawned away from ship configuration menu at resupply ships from automatically getting deployables.

disregard, took 10 destroyers and a asgard half an hour to do it OOS :o :?
Fixed ships getting spawned away from ship configuration menu at resupply ships from automatically getting deployables.
