Xenon and HOP are broken

I think I've broken the Xenons and the HOP faction.

They no longer make come backs; there are a few unbuild stations but they never get built.

Any ideas on kick starting them, so I can break them again lol ?

for the hop you can farm your rep back
help them to fill the construction storage ad wait for them to hire one builder, or you can build theyr station yourself farming mission


its tedious, long and stupid
you have to wait until they rebuild theyr shipyard, then wait for theyr economy to kick in, then wait for them building some fleet
protect them from harrassment
days of real time struggle only to destroy them in 5 minutes after you get bored


for the xenon, they are gone forever
you cant help them directly, they are hunted down by every faction and if they somehow manage to build some ship, they immediately attack and get obliterated

In my universe Xenons are gone and only not taken sector is Boneyard.
Any chance or possibility to grown up Xenons in boneyard or like in SouthPark "aaaaaaannnd It's gone ..." ?
