Has the split plot bug been fixed?

Curbs path: Zyarth gets replaced by a new Partriach and should still sell the ZYA blueptrints. The Curbs should sell the former FRF blueprints, but there is a bug, that no faction representative shows up.

This is a rather gamebreaking bug and since i'm about to make that choice, i'd hate for this bug to happen.

ZYA and FRF should both still have their reps. If I recall the bug was that CUB never spawned a rep, and I recall that it should have been fixed.

About to side with Curb since that gives me access to both sides BPs. But first i'm going to see if there are any BP's i'd want to secure... just in case.
