Cradle of humanity story missions?

So I've completed the torus mission for the scientist... I'm assuming there is more of a story mission for non Terran start players? I've heard you have to be over 5 Terran rep...
I wasn't able to improve my Terran rep at all, after visiting 15 stations and hanging around looking for criminals to destroy, not a single one spawned.. out of curiosity I edited my save to increase my rep (which I'm very annoyed about) and I've been traveling around, doing various tasks and still have not gotten any news on a mission. Is the torus mission really all they added to cradle of humanity's story for non new start players?!

This may be on the wrong board as you may incite some spoilers, but there’s definitely a call to arms somewhere along the way between Antigone and Terran space, may be worth investigating.

Nothing in mission offers. Just terraforming and scale plate.

Weird, one thing to note, manually adjusting faction rep will cause issues if they are required for triggering events. So if 5 standing is required to trigger the dialogue then that is what you need to hit to trigger it. Missions are much better at building rep them killing criminals.

The trigger event should be a com chat inviting people to come become a protector of Sol

I fell into the story line very easily on my last play through, and I don’t recall having any real standing with Terrans. My current play through Terran Cadet it is hard to miss.
If I recall correctly I actually got the mission while doing the mission you indicated before on my PIO start.

Unfortunately it started at -15 rep and I wasn't being offered any missions to increase rep, hence my attempt at destroying their enemies. What rep do you need to be offered missions?

You must have good enough rep to enter the outer core (Venus, Mars, and Mercury) and be within Sol (I think potentially even in the outer core core)

Finally got it working, the first time around, there were no missions being offered at any of the 15+stations I hung around, I had the same problem with split a while back. I reloaded and eventually after flying from getsu fune to sol system a few times, I got an escort mission which set the ball rolling. Not sure what happened, anyway, the story mission didn't arrive until I

flew to getsu fune after I reached level 5 or 6 I had completed other missions and flying anywhere except getsu fune got me nowhere
