Its been a while since I posted something but when playing I started to take advantage of the different economy of terrans and other factions.
I noticed Terrans sell Advanced sattelelites quit easily for only 90k each while other factions sell or buy them for 150k each.
If you use a fast ship this becomes very easy money for trading the Terran Advanced Sattelites to other factions.

Now I'm wondering if this is an exploit, or just some benefits this game has for their different economy.
If you do 10 - 15 runs you see a price difference so you cant do it all the time but you easily get milions of credits / factions out of this.

Maybe Egosoft has to rethink this part ?

It's just trading. No such thing as an exploit when it's a singelplayer game, just unintended features.

Not an exploit but it can have unintended outcomes if you abuse it.

Single player games can have exploits. Unintended functions that give an advantage are exploits.

It's just that with single player games the only one being affected by its consequences is the single player him-/herself.

This is typical. Shipyards and Wharfs have advanced Satellites priced much higher then equipment docks

Sell price is based on how well stocked the shipyards are. Due to Terrans having an efficient economy their shipyards and warfs are usually fully stocked so sell at equipment dock like prices.
