Resupply Ship - How to Restrict Trade?

There is no options in the Default Behaviours to assign a trade restriction for resupply ships. When I go to the "Individual Instructions" settings for the resupply ship itself, only "Off" is available for "Trade Restrictions". If I go to the Commander's setting for the fleet, it too only has the "Off" option.

Am I missing something?

Don't you need to setup a list in global orders first?
I assume they work the same as standard trade lists.

Ya I have multiple trade orders set up, but this drop down menu in particular doesn't want to look at them.

Does this have anything to do with stations using "Trade Restrictions" & ships using "Blacklists" even though it says "trade restrictions" on the ships options screen? Try creating a blacklist with the restrictions you want and see if that shows up.

I have blacklists too for travel and activities, but this setting doesn't read them either

A blacklist for Trade Activities should work for you, it always has for me.
