An extinct type of mision

I suppose it has to do with the nerfing on resources (or "rebalancing" if you prefer) but a certain type of mission has become extinct in V4.
That is the "build one Graphene Production and one Superfluid Cooland Production" from all races (at least the four that use them).
I wonder what is the opinion of the community on that?
