4.0 CoH SCA Boarding Prep fails on Marine Callup

Every time I try to accept the SCA guild mission: "Boarding Prep" the mission fails immediately on Marine Callup and is aborted. I've tried twice now to accept this mission from the SCA. Kinda bored and looking for some ships to board. Completely vanilla, will upload a save if needed but it should be easily reproducible without one.
