I like many things I see in the patch notes of 4.0 and you are doing a good job, but one important (if not the most important) thing is missing.
OOS combat balance is way too far away from IS combat which makes it feel like 2 completely different games. It should never be the case that you prefer one way over the other because you know for sure that in one way you will win the battle while in the other you are certain to lose it. This feels too much like an exploit right now.
I know that this is not easy to improve, but it is very important that OOS and IS come closer to each other. I also sent Bernd an Email long ago with a suggestion how this could be improved and I know from others, that they too sent him some ideas about this topic.
Will this be part of further 4.0 improvements or do we have to live with what we got now?

Thank you. I couldnt find any information in the patch notes directly mentioning OOS combat so I thought nothing changed. Good to know that I was wrong.
