Are stations suddenly automatically trasfering monety to player account?

When you adjust their balance through the station info for ex, they will treat that amount as their budget. When next they exceed that by some amount (50% ime) they will autotransfer the extra.

How it works. My experience when we transfer money to the station account, the whole amount is the budget of the station (X). When the amount on the station's account becomes more than 3X, the transfer of money in the amount of the current budget minus 2X to the player will follow. Thus, the amount on the station's account constantly varies from 2X to 3X. But if the amount of the established budget is less than the minimum budget, I still get the task to replenish the station's account.

At least for now I never got any money transfer from my stations... I take what I need if I have to but no auto transfer seen for now...

I'm playing 2.0 but previously station managers definitely did not transfer money into your main account.

What I want to know is how to stop them doing it as is a major problem.

No way to do that.
The only thing that comes close is transferring them such a large amount that they cannot double in the foreseeable future.

Yes
Set the station funds to 0. Any money they make will stay in the account and those messages every 2 seconds will stop.
