Manticores don't deliver scrap

2 scrap processors and manticores don't deliver, and storage is empty. they are just searching for trades even when the processor is unoccupied. game v 6.20

Have manticores ever delivered single scrap to station or did it start recently?
What type of storage you have in your station and what kind of docks?

I guess it is solved now even Im not so sure but scrap is processed. and I have solid liquid and the other storage just begun new with recycling
