Question about missions

Hello,
How are marked missions available in sectors? I mean missions from npc like in X3. Im not asking about missions like argon vs terran.

I'm not sure what you mean by 'marked' missions but missions can be found in three main ways:

1. By following the plot guidance as you progress through various sub-plot missions.
2. By checking the sector mission offers tab on the left hand menu column when in map view (the tab right above the mission manager tab which is for managing accepted missions). Once in mission offers, there are then 3 columns for different broad types and significance of missions so make sure you check the one(s) you are looking for.
3. By closely scanning signal leaks (the sparkly ones) on stations for legal or less legal missions.

And to add a little to this, the more stations you discover in a sector, the more missions will appear if there are any offers.
