X³: Reunion has been nominated for "PC Game of the Year" and "Ultimate Game of the Year"! You can also find X³: Reunion listed under "The One to Watch for 2006". I am sure you will join us in congratulating everyone involved.

To add to this, our publishers Deep Silver and Enlight Software have also been nominated for "Publisher of the Year"!

I'm interested in X3 but I don't think it will be out before the end of the year. And as for the rest of them, I might give a try when they hit the bargainbin for 5 euro.

I don't think this competition is worthy of my vote.

Spread the word to your friends, colleagues, mom, dad, grandparents... well you get the idea...

But, erm... "The One to Watch for 2006"??? hmmm, well there is hope for me yet to win rapier's sweepstake about the release date of X³.

I agree with some people here about why should a game be awarded a award even before the game is out, for all we know it might not be the game of the year. Although its looking like game of the year for us here at egosoft forums, things could change as thers alot of good stuff this year like Kotor 2 (not as good as kotor 1 but still not bad) HL2, upcoming FEAR game everyones raving about. I also rather enjoyed Juiced and Flatout which i think were this year as well. Also gta sa is a good game so far for me and i think i could vote for that, but i want to vote for x3 but it has to be in my hands i have to be enjoying it for at least a month before i vote for x3 instead of gta sa. So the quicker it gets released the quicker i can enjoy it and therefore the quicker i can vote.

I mean once ive played x3 and i think its game of the year then ill vote but not before i think. But when i do get it and i think its worth voting for then you can bet ill be at that voting as fast as my connection will allow

Dont get me wrong i voted last time for x2, and i really want to vote for x3 but untill i play it i don't think its fair to the games thats been out since january and have been doing well and then if a game thats not even out yet wins the award i bet some game developerspublishers will get a bit miffed about it.

Tho i do wish x3 alot of luck when its out and i bet u win or get 2nd place like last time for x2.

I'm confused here.

But isn't a nominy suppose to be out first before it can be nominated for best games ??

I mean i could vote for X3 but so far i have not been able to play it yet. As for X2 that i can vote for indeed.

So far all i seen is some trailers but you can hardly judge a game by a few pictures and trailers. It's the gameplay where all interested in.

Even though it looks nice in film it should be able to play well on my pc too before i can vote for it.

I've got to agree with the others that voting for any game that has yet to be released is just plain daft unless its the most wanted game of the year.

well i voted for it on all three acounts, All the X games have been great so far bar the story on a certain one!

But x3 will probably be even better so it gets all my votes without hesatation!!
