Clear Homebase Command

This very small script binds Special Command 19 (id=519) to what is basically a single line script:

[THIS] -> set homebase null

It uses file nn9201.xml (no clashes as far as I know), and command 519 seems to be unused by anything.

If it's installed properly, you'll find the "Clear Homebase Setting" command under your special commands in the command console.

I'm wary for FLDS to be linked elsewhere until it's had a reasonable about of time being tested. There's also a few additions I'd prefer to get done. Feel free to link from your site to the thread though

As for Clear Homebase, well, let's just say I was surprised no-one had provided it attached to a menu command, so feel free to put that up for download.
