i found the UFO but all it did was drage me more then 50 sectors and i did not go to it's base how can i make it go to it's base or what is the base location plez help.......

The UFO base is a myth. It doesn't exist ingame. Apparently an incomplete version exists in the game code but it doesn't feature ingame.

there are over 110 sectors but i got tired of following it for a such a long time so if any one else has any other info about the UFOSSSSSSSSS help

i think that shot is from the commaders space station... he actualy scriped ufos as wingman so no myth why they fly around like that

I saw a UFO in a sector I was in. Tried to chase it but he was screaming and I was only in a Orionco. Havent seen him yet again...but I will...and I have a Pegasus just sitting there waiting for him to show his sly self again...should be able to fly circles around him...

Turned out to be a UFO.

the only triggers X2 has are, unfortunately, directly related to the plot. with the possible exception of the Xenon K bbs mission, though that's not really a trigger, you just happen to have a high enough ranking where they send big guns after you, and the fact that you can capture a K is probably a coding mistake (if you can do it there, why not elsewhere with the same ranking?)
