Can we have dynamic bundles in steam?

Guys, there is a chance to update the steam bundles? I mean, a couple years ago, valve introduce a new bundle system in which Valve discount are based on games you already own (this are know as 'complete your collection' bundle).

It would be awesome if egosoft update this. The older bundles are pretty much outdated, and if you already had some of the games literally you're purchase again.
