X3 Gold Retail CD Key issue - Explained.

so i recently discovered that i can type in my retail code for the X games i have into steams redeem code and get the steam version, incase i wanna buy fancy new DLCs.

The problem is my X3 Gold box only had 1 CD key inside it. and its suppose to come with X3 TC (which was successfully redeemed).
and X3 Reunion (which doesn't seem to have a cd key??)

So far steam just thinks i have X3 TC instead of the X3 gold retail pack..
how do i get X3 reunion on steam??

i also havent tried installing the X3 reunion yet, so idk if that even works.

any ideas?

The Steam redeem only works for X3TC or X SuperBox. FAQ.
