|
|
I have a heavily modded X3AP installed on my Win7 and would like to transfer all those mods to the new installation on Ubuntu. Since there's no plug-in manager there, I thought I could just copy all the scripts over from one directory to another.
Which folders do I need to copy, exactly? Any other settings that I need to change in the game?

I don't know the answer, but logically ... creating a second, vanilla, install on Windows gives you two trees and then you can diff what the modded tree has extra.
PS. an S&M query ...

Thanks. I think it all works.
It seems like the best (as in: only reliable) way to get mods installed for Linux, really...
