X3 - RESURRECTION MOD



This MOD enhances graphic of this game, compatible with X3 TC and X3 AP.

(...and with mods XRM, LU, IEX.... maybe with other mods too...)




IMPORTANT MESSAGE



FULL VERSION OF X3 - RESURRECTION WAS RELEASED



FOR TESTERS:

All previous versions were only for testing, you must download this mod again. All old patches were deleted and found bugs were repaired. If next bugs will be found, new patches will be released with counting 2.1, 2.2, etc...

There is also a new way of sorting:

1) Main files of this mod, version 2.1.
2) Compatibility pack for your instaled mod (XRM, LU), *


If you have IEX mod and you want have nebulae form IEX and not from original game, use this way of sorting:

1) Main files of this mod, version 2.1.
2) Compatibility pack for your instaled mod (XRM, LU), *
3) Pack for IEX - IEX Nebulae




* = if you have not XRM or LU mod, skip this step...

I will change almost all textures in the game including plates of all ships, some sounds and new live main menu. Textures will be enhanced, not changed. Only some nebulas will be changed. There are some things what I don't know how to make. If someone want help me with these things, his help will grateful. For example someone who know working with objects?

On my web (visit link) is written down on the page, what is finished, what I am actually doing and what I will do (waiting). Works goes well. I hope that released time will be abided. (1.July Wink )

This MOD changes only textures in game, so it must be compatible with XRM, install like a false patch (highest number CAT and DAT).

And compatible with Linux? Yes, isn´t it the same data file like in Windows?

THE MOD IS FINISHED. But still like alpha-version. If you will see some graphical problems in the game, or you will have some good ideas, make print screen and send it on my e-mail: x3-AmModer@email.cz

It could be compatible with all mods, but maybe if some other mods changes for example backgrounds of space, there could be problem with that. But I don´t have all mods. This is still Alpha version created on the original game without mods. It is necessary to check the compatibility with other mods.
